Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Armet Systems LLC (“Armet Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including custom AI tools, chatbots, hiring and email automation, Microsoft Copilot integration, AI voice receptionists, SMS lead notifications, and this website.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Questions? Email us at hello@armetsystems.com.
AI Automation Services
Armet Systems builds custom AI tools tailored to each client's business — including website chatbots, resume and hiring automation, email processing and routing, custom AI agents, and Microsoft Copilot integration. The following general terms apply to all services:
- All work is custom-built and scoped specifically for your business. Deliverables and timelines are agreed upon before development begins.
- AI tools are designed to be accurate and helpful but may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making final decisions based on them.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any tools or systems built for you by Armet Systems without prior written consent.
- We reserve the right to discontinue a project if we determine it falls outside agreed scope or violates these Terms.
Website and Chat Assistant
This website (armetsystems.com) includes a live AI chat assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. By using the chat widget, you understand that:
- Messages you send are processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. Conversations are not stored by Armet Systems after your session ends.
- The assistant is intended to answer questions about Armet Systems' services. It may not always have complete or up-to-date information.
- The chat assistant is itself a working demo of what Armet Systems builds for clients.
AI Receptionist Service
Armet Systems provides an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers calls on behalf of your business, captures lead information, and routes inquiries according to your configuration.
- You are responsible for ensuring the service is configured accurately and that callers are treated appropriately under applicable law.
- You may not use the AI receptionist for any unlawful purpose, including robocalling, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or other applicable regulations.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if we detect misuse or policy violations.
- The AI is designed to be helpful and accurate, but it may occasionally misunderstand callers or miss information. You are responsible for reviewing lead data and following up with customers appropriately.
SMS Lead Notification Service
When your AI receptionist captures a customer lead, we may send you an SMS notification to the mobile number you provide. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the following:
- You will receive between 1 and 10 automated SMS messages per day, based on the volume of calls handled by your AI receptionist.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us directly at hello@armetsystems.com.
SMS Consent Is Not Required to Purchase
You are not required to consent to receive SMS notifications as a condition of purchasing or using any Armet Systems service. SMS lead alerts are an optional feature. If you choose not to opt in, your AI receptionist will still operate normally and lead data will be available through other means we provide.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our technology or services
- Use the service to impersonate another business or person, or to engage in deceptive practices toward callers
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our systems
Payment and Billing
Service fees are billed as agreed upon in your service agreement with Armet Systems. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your service. We will provide reasonable notice before taking any such action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armet Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for missed calls, missed leads, incorrect AI outputs, or business losses resulting from service interruptions, AI errors, or misconfigurations of any service we provide.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. We will work to resolve issues promptly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or AI accuracy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
